19 Borton Lane Pieta, Malta - making an application for 18, (19 is mine, it belongs to my family) and 20 Borton Lane: need to throw out the squatters organised by Transport Malta!

This is my mother's story: Lilly Gelicrisio (Taliana):

My grandparents lived in 19 Borton Lane, Pieta, Malta, a property that I am currently claiming back via the correct and legal channels; that I will soon formalise with litigation because of the breech of contract for the "life-time lease agreement" by the state that forced my Uncle, Charlie Taliana (my mother's brother) to hand back the keys while my nanna Annette Taliana (Nanna Annie), was still alive and well and using the premises (but aging).

In 2014, I entered to inspect the property because it looked like someone was trying to help themselves to it and upon entry by the staircase that leads to the dining area upstairs, I found a bank statement belonging to my nanna Annie. It said Annette Taliana, 19 Borton Lane Pieta, Malta; Bank of Valletta. I entered with the intention to occupy it and found the window frame to the back bedroom, where nanna and nannu slept, broken into - that led to the steep stairwell all the way down to the basement and adjoining courtyard (joining 19 and 20 Borton Lane, owned by the same man who died with no heir to carry on the family name with his blood line). The place still smelt like her and her belongings still there, the old dresses she used to wear found in the wardrobe smelling of moth balls in the front room with water views; that was not the room that she slept in and it looked like someone had entered, broken the wall down that seperated 19 and 20 Borton Lane (as the owner lived in 20 and nanna in 19...) and dumped nanna's clothes in that wardrobe to be rid of them... and some were also thrown out to the side of the property that are still there in torn black rubbish bags.
In that same room I found a report drawn up by a local lawyer that had plans for renovations for 19 and 20 Borton Lane in Pieta (the property in question); however, they were not legalised by a permit. Plans for major structural changes that would not comply with the heritage rules of both properties...
When I confronted the man who thought this was his new home (and he wanted both properties not just 20 that he was not entitled to) he told me that my Uncle Charlie Taliana, who legally managed the premises, sold it to him and that he consulted a lawyer; but he changed his story three times in one breath, which made him hard to believe. He didn't have the key's, he broke in through the back end of the property and helped himself. Then he tried to tell me that he is the heir, the son of the owner of both 19 and 20 Borton Lane and that his family were claiming them back. I challenged that because I know that the owner did not have any children, his wife was barron because of the radiation from the bombs during WWII, who died before him and he was left with no children. He died soon after her and my Nanna Annie, still living in 19 Borton Lane, outlived both of them. The life-time lease agreement meant that the state of Malta, had no legal right to demand the keys back while nanna was still alive, they had to wait for her to die regardless of whether she lived in it or not; and that if she out-lived the owner who had no children to continue his investments, my Nanna Annie Taliana (who managed both 19 and 20 Borton Lane after him via the adjoining courtyard) would be legally entitled to both!

My Uncle Charlie, a key witness, was bullied into handing the keys for 19 Borton Lane in Pieta, to the Ministry of Housing, while my Nanna Annie (his mother) was still alive; he wanted to keep the peace with the Maltese Government because Carla Hill (his daughter) had an important job with the Ministry of Education, and he did not want to jeprodise her employment opportunities. He knew the system, if you fight them you're up against all odds and stand to lose it all SO YOU BETTER WIN - but winning could cost you your employment if not your life (and if you're too loud, your family too). I was too loud for them and since my arrival, I copped a life sentenance on the streets, breaking no law!

The state allowed my Auntie Polly Bessina (Uncle Charlie's married sister, who is a highly qualified teacher for over 50 years with the Maltese Government - the best they had actucally...) to throw me out without notice breeching my human rights and the law, while I was living with her - my Aunti Polly Bezzina, put her name and address down as a guarantor for my dual passport file because the police told us that "homelessness in Malta, is illegal and if you don't have a home you can not qualify for dual citizenship with the Maltese Governement...)...

NOT FINISHED TO BE EDITED AND CONTINUED NEED MORE CHARGE - NO ELECTRICITY BECAUSE MY AUNTIE POLLY CLOSED ME OUT OF HER APARTMENT..

Least we forget - how safe is Malta??? Since the car bomb murder disgrace of the late Daphne Caruana-Galizia, the Nationalist Political Party, have been on a downward spiral... people are now scared to vote for them, it may seem? There is no competition... we are calling for sanctions.

Fu*k da EU - The Lisbon Treaty is Treason: they can have their private meeting and change the laws as they see fit and not have to tell their voters anything, they anyswer to no one!
